Your personalized heart necklace and the engraved walnut box shown on this page. The gift bag is optional and sold separately.
What is the necklace made from?
The pendant and chain are made from stainless steel. The silver option has a polished silver-tone finish, and the gold option is gold-plated stainless steel. Your names are engraved on the heart and your two chosen birthstones are set inside it. The box is engraved walnut wood.
When will my gift arrive?
Personalizing your gift takes 3–5 business days before it is dispatched (on top of 1–2 business days of order processing).
Delivery to Canada usually takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
